Stuck quest objective, wont be completed. Delve waterworks(campaign quest)

I did the delve multiple times and the questobjective called “Waterworks restored” wont be completed. I did everything u can do in there im sure. Cant proceed campaign rip

You need to clean a clogged drain after the final boss, it’s in the water off the bridge. Click it and drag it away, a kelp elemental spawns, you kill it, done.
Is it not there in the final boss’ room?

i cleared the trash in water in the last room yes, and killed every mob, and the rare. twice. not completed

Odd, it worked for me no problem. Try abadoning the quest and complete it again?

After finishing the delve I remember pressing on some thingy outside.So leave the delve and look around in the area.Ohh I found the coords.47.29 42.39
