Stuck with Children's Entertainer achievement

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to complete the Children’s Entertainer achievement from Hallowfall but I am stuck and could use your help.

I have completed 3 of the 8 options (Tag, Scary Monster & Hit the Target), but every child of the ones I still need do not light up so the dont give my their respective quests which means I can not complete the quest.

Had anyone had this same issue or does someone know the solution for this?

Are you sure you have found the approproate kids?

For example, “Who is Scariest” is given by the kids upstairs in the building?
