Stuck with vehicle UI on vehicle exit

hey, so i picked up the quest " The Getaway" in undermine and shortly after entering “Goldmines getaway vehicle” to start the quest i exited the vehicle.

now i am stuck with the Vehicle UI overlay and the single spell “Boomballs” and cant enter the vehicle again as it just says “you cant do that right now”

i have tried dropping the quest and starting it again
entering a follower dungeon
entering a pvp battle ground
killing myself and re spawning from body and graveyard
char unstuck service
deleting addon folders and clearing cache
reloading UI
leaving the undermine

everything just results in me being there with the vehicle UI and the single spell Boomballs.

i have managed to enter some world quests where i get my spells back but upon completing the world quest or leaving the quest are the vehicle UI returns even when its not in my quest log
i can also enter the G 99 breakneck and use the new vehicle spells but as soon as i exit that vehicle its back to the original vehcile UI and boomballs spell

i cant hearth or use any of my spells from spellbook or mount up it just says you cant do that right now.

I’ve raised a ticket which led to try raising a bug report but I’m at a loss now as the game is just unplayable for that char now

any help would be appreciated

I’ve fixed it with the help of a world quest that has just popped up today, called Cold as Ice. Run there, enter the Shredder, then right-click your unit frame and click Leave. Your action bar should now be back to normal.

got a GM in the end with a fix,

it was to find a friend with a two seater vehicle and hop on and go through the portal from undermine to Dornagal

and it worked!
