i finally got the helmet from the horseman on my leather alt. but its plate item.
i dont actually need it, i just want to learn it.
is there a way to learn the transmog of that item ? or even better, to send it to my other plate alt ?
you can’t.
You gotta earn it with a plate user.
Sorry, but soulbind items are basically character specific.

You can’t send soulbound items to anyone, only account-bound items like for example the Benthic Gear things you can farm in Nazjatar and then send to your alts in order to create their own gear.

That happened to me also.
Got the helmet on one of my characters that wasn’t a plate user.
I kept trying, till eventually dropped for my BE Paladin level 22.
It’s the same situation as when you are running Old raids and you get items that you can’t equip because they are meant for other classes. You just need to go back again with the right class and hope that item drops again.
