Morning ya’all!
Anyone else having issues with stuttering every second since pre patch went live.
Had the same issue, disabling some addons not optimized for prepatch does the trick 
which one did you disable if I may ask?

Only running, Elvui, Plater, Details, DBM, Mythic Dungeon , rarirty and weakaura atm
Not the solution for me, I have objectively more stuttering everywhere even without addons. Dragon riding can stutter everywhere, even combat does with multiple mobs, basically everything aside from standing in place can proc more stutters than before.
It is a prepatch issue for sure.
