A question to other players. Is your game stutter also when Valdrakken is highly populated while you dragonriding fast around the city especialy in the center? It doesn’t matter if I have settings set to 1 or 10. All depends how many people is around. I’m experiencing stutters only there. I’m fine in open world and other cities.

Yeah. Just being around Valdrakken when it’s a lot of players on gives me massive stuttering no matter my graphic settings. I feel it’s always been like that in major cities in WoW. I’ve never been able to find a fix, I feel it’s the game engine but I’m not a professional 
same here i am fighting with stuttering in WOW since beta DF start. Fresh windows, fresh wow install, no addons, no matter what settings … it just stutter game feel like 30 FPS instead 60+
