Stutters after loading into locations

Hello, i have trouble with freezes and stuggers in WoW. When i load into location for the first few minutes (depends on location) game constantly freezes dropping fps to 0-10.
I am playing with laptop Legion Y740-15ICHg: 2060, 8Gb RAM

Strange thing is that i did clean and fresh Windows reinstall when this problem appears for the first time and it helps. Freezes were gone for a while but after 4-6 days it start happening again.
I repeated with reinstalls 2 times but problem keep coming back after ~5 days.

WoW settings almost have no impact with this freezes. Tried with all low as well.

Maybe some sort of cache is not working correctly (not self-cleaning or something). So i hope you can give me some help with that strange problem.

I have it, yes, I can’t tell if this is just related to entering a new instance/zone, or something else though.

Both on this forum and the US one there are numerous topics about lag/stutter/fps drops, and no one seems to be able to determine the root cause.

Neither resetting nor disableing addons helps :frowning:

This was basically “did you try restarting your computer” kind if technical support :joy:

I tried a lot of things today and something that seemed to improve it was disabling that setting in Graphics “automatically lower video settings if fps goes below…” or something in that sense, and there is a slider set at 60. You could try disabling that thing

I will leave this here. Customer Support is sadly useless, this is not on the customers end, it’s the game engine that needs an overhaul.
