The event is dead and so is the ability to obtain these
Move them to coin/real vendor and make them account bound or for some other currency
Shame to not be able to get these while leveling up.

Yeah that would be nice.
However in case you still really need to get those items right now for some reason, I recommend killing mobs. Mobs should drop blood if you are low level. If you are lvl 60, the mobs on the isle to the east of BB still drop blood. Also BB guards drop blood.
