What is better for rated blitz and pvp

It’s really subjective, some will say either spec, however, popular spec is Assassination.
Assa is easiest to pick up and does good tf damage, sub has the best utility and is… probably the best overall?
No idea where outlaw would be better than the other 2, but it’s still a rogue so they’re good.
I made a sub rogue, but deathstalker talents are bugged and constantly remove your stealth. I think its due to it getting dmg procs from your dots. So once you put a 45s rupture on the target, you just cant restealth until its gone. Dying doesnt help. You can afk at gy, if you die, until your dots wear off. Bliz doesnt care. So before you pick, keep this in mind.
