Sub renewal?

Hello, I was wondering if there was an issue with renewing my account? Was in the middle of playing when it ran out and tried renewing it. It will say transaction is complete, but account inactive. I tried using paypal and my visa, any ideas?

had the same issues last year. have you checked your emails? i got something about that my payment data wasnt “up to date” anymore (whatever that means, really, havent ever changed anything).

for some reason i had two payment datas listed in my account, no idea why. i deleted one and then it worked again the next day. so could be an issue on their end.

payment issues arent discussed on the forum though for security reasons so your best bet is to write a ticket to have staff look into it to check if everythings alright.

I just got an email that says ‘Account Frozen’ …what on earth is going on? NO other explanation is given. And that link you gave me is zero help…how do I contact a person with email?

Sorry to sound cheesy and cliche’d, but they can’t discuss payment issues over the forums, owing to the fact that they are publically readable.

You will need to ticket an actual GM for actual information.

You don’t. The only way to contact Blizzard is via ticket, or livechat (when its open)

it probably means that the payment didnot went through .
