I noticed that top rogues in solo have crafted crit vers boots. Why crit and not mastery?
probably for the primary stats of those boots.
Probs because you can’t craft Infurious leather boots with mastery, but effect’s too juicy to pass up. As for me - I crafted them because the voices told me to.
Some crafted gear cant have its stats modified, the embelished leather boots are on that list.
