Wonder if there will be anymore changes done or maybe made into pvp talent. But as a whole its a good change but no compensation is rly bad. Double symbols is not a good trade

Strange change, but it sounds like blizzard. theres a level of irony to it too considering the mage cdr ability is still in wow, same for outlaw. And some other classes also have cdr into their base kits too this expansion for some abilities.
