Subject: Vakkiz the Windrager does not drop loot

Hello,
I’ve encountered an issue with the quest chain in Skettis involving Vakkiz the Windrager. The NPC stops dropping loot after first kill.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Accept the quest Adversarial Blood (ID: 11072).
  2. Kill all required elites, including Vakkiz the Windrager – all drop loot as expected.
  3. Attempt to complete the follow-up quest Terokk’s Downfall (ID: 11073), but fail it (for example, die during the encounter).
  4. Try to collect the quest items again and proceed with Tokens of the Descendants (ID: 11074).
  5. Kill Vakkiz the Windrager again.

Expected Result:
Vakkiz the Windrager should drop the required loot as in the first attempt.

Actual Result:
Vakkiz the Windrager does not drop any loot.
