Suboptimal is an evening raiding guild focused on blending a relaxed, friendly and supportive culture with productive raiding. We want to have fun in raid, and that means pushing as far as possible into Mythic in Dragonflight, whilst having a positive atmosphere and an appropriate dosage of banter! If you are looking for a stable raiding home, we might be for you 
We want players who:
- Want to get involved in our community and contribute to a positive and lighthearted atmosphere.
- Have a progression mindset and will to improve.
- Are knowledgeable about their spec and seek out up to date information.
Raid schedule:
- Wed, Thur, Sun
- 21:00-23:00 server
We are recruiting:

1 DPS with strong offtank spec

1 Healer (any non Priest spec)

2 additional DPS (particularly LF Rogue or Warlock)

Any application from a player who thinks they’d fit in well, and that we have an open spot for, will be accepted.

Social applications will always be accepted! We play content at all levels and welcome like-minded players for fun and banter filled evenings.
Other info:
M+: For us, Mythic + is an exciting part of WoW’s PvE endgame, and so this content is fully supported by the guild. We really want to see groups running and are particularly interested in applicants who want to be involved in guild M+ runs, or even form organized teams.
Collectors: We are very interested in organizing events for in-game collectors, with one of our guild leaders being particularly heavily involved in those activities, so if this is your thing, we’d love to meet you!
Other Games: We are more than happy to connect players who play other games and provide support for people in our community to game together.
