Hi there. Sadly for personal problems im unable to continue playing WoW. Hope i’ll be able to get back soon with this 9.2 teaser. My phone notified me that i payed a new subscription and o went to the account settings and cancelled immediately. Is there any way that can be refounded . Note: I havent played after the new sub so its totally untouched.

Firstly I’m sorry to hear things aren’t great for you at the moment.
Secondly - don’t play and try https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/334/1997/solution (click ‘continue’ at the bottom); that sometimes works as an automatic refund.
If it doesn’t work, make a ticket here - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/334/338/solution - explaining that you’ve already tried the automatic refund.

The auto refund worked. So far seems i have to wait up to 72 hours. Not a problem. Just to quote a good one " I’ll be back!"
