If there is no order in your transaction history, you would have either completed it on another account, or the charge you’re seeing on your statement is just a temporary authorization hold.
Keep in mind that if you’re adding a subscription while you still have active game time, you won’t be charged until more time is needed. As a result, if you cancel the subscription before that you would end up with no actual order and only the authorization hold.
