Subscription failed

I have paid for 1 month subscribtion for over 1.5 week ago, and it didnt work,i paid once more… and it still on expired. I checked my bank account, and it was drawn both times… So i paid twice, and it still wont work… what do to? ive talked to customer support, but nothing has been done.

This typically means the actual payment for the subscription was declined by your payment provider. The “charge” you see on your statement would only be a reservation and funds are returned again when it expires, typically within a few days.

Try using Paypal.

Some banks can take up to two weeks to return it unless you “nudge” them along.

The legislation allows for “up to 28 days”, thankfully I’ve never come across a bank that took the full 28 days. One took 20 (Halifax), but released my funds after I phoned to complain, but not without warning me of bank charges if the merchant claimed the money after it being released.
