I tried all day long to login, and it say I do not have a subscrition active even I paid for a 1 month subscription on 26/09/2019 and played until yesterday. Today my status gone to inactive. After all day long tried to resolve this issue with support team throw a ticket, and even on Twitter I still can’t play.
After checking my emails I think I discovered the problem, and may be a problem of the date on your servers…
It says that the date of subscrition is 30 August 2018 all do we are on 2019

You would need to open a ticket about this.

If your subscription suddenly went inactive, that means the bank for some reason, clawed the money back and declined the transaction.
But as Dottie said, you will need to open a ticket and speak to a GM, to find out exactly what happened, they will not discuss payments over the forums.
I just get the same problem. My gredit cart has charged 12.99euro but i get no game time at all. The email who they send to me this morning has last month date. I open a ticket and am waiting 3 hours now for an responce. Still nothing.
Im having the same issue, the payment has been taken from my account and im still inactive
Hello everyone
What Trovlak said is a probable scenario in most cases. Usually, the payment initially is ok but fails in the end, for various reasons. As a result, your WoW won’t get any gametime.
In general, on a bank statement, it might look like you’ve been charged, but these are only reserved amounts for attempted payments and usually go back into bank account within few hours or days - depending on the bank.
It is best to check with your bank or payment provider because they have a good insight into the transaction and will be able to explain why the payment failed and help to fix that.
You can check transactions (and their status) on your Blizzard account here: https://eu.account.blizzard.com/transactions
In case you want to check information about authorisation hold - so those reserved amounts of money: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/12742
I hope this information helps, but for more detailed questions about your accounts and payments you can contact a Game Master.
I experienced same issue and blizzard support keep telling me they did not get the money yet my bank provided provision codes to show that money is taken by blizzard. Your system do not work properly. Many people experience this very issue in the same time. I believe not bank but you should resolve the problem and take actions. Your idle state of ‘the money is not taken by us’ is not resolving it.

my email is dated june 2018

has anyone had the multiple emails, i have one that says i have gametime and its still hasn’t updated on the system, waiting for the ones that reads your account is frozen update subscription
Hello folks
We appreciate the reports and concerns, via the Forums however we can’t verify any detail regarding payments or transactions attempts.
In most cases if a payment is shown as charged on your bank/card balance but no product is delivered it simply means that the transaction ultimately failed for one reason or another. In those cases the funds are not really taken but only reserved, and are automatically released back to the payment method usually within a few days (each credit institution has different timings for this).
That said, as mentioned above by Yenredyn if you want the situation checked in more detail please get in touch with one of our GMs
same problem i cant go in game i have buy 50 time game time and each time i receive 3 email and one said my sub is frost sorry for my terrible english
ps:money is taken from my account
Same problem, received email with confirmation but date says August 2019 , Account inactive, and 12,99 less in bank
Same problem here. Just bought the Subscription, got the confirmation email but with August 2019 as the date, Account Inactive and 12,99 Euro’s less in bank.
Same here. I payed for the sub and recieved the exact same email that i got from last months subscription.
The money has been drawn from my account…
Same here. I sent ticket to GM though. 6 hours and no reply. Blue posts should consider they replies twice. Blaming all our banks instead of checking your side first is BS. First of all, you clearly do not understand how banking system works as you explain it as “payment fails in the end, for various reasons”. It is either I paid or I didn’t. Payment was not accepted by your bank.
What is even more disturbing “it might look like you’ve been charged, but these are only reserved amounts for attempted payments” as “you think you want vanilla wow, but you don’t”.
Don’t you guys have bank accounts?

Actually, its you who does not understand how a banking system works.
You make a payment online using a debit card, the requested amount is removed from your account and placed in a holding account, this is known as ringfencing. The purpose of this is to stop you spending it a second time. However it is not yet transmitted to the receiving account. The bank transmits an authorization token to the recipient.
The recipient then has a set period of time to digitally sign that token and send it back to the bank, at which time the funds will be transferred to their bank (but not yet to them).
Once the funds have been transferred to the recipients bank, they are held by the recipient bank in a holding account for a set period of time which is determined by the merchantile banking contract, it varies depending how important the client is to the bank. While it is held in that holding account, and this is the reason it IS held, the originating bank can still say “Hang on, somethings gone wrong” and request it back.
Only after the time period elapses, is it transferred to the recipients account, and the transaction completed.
Now Blizzard being a large account they have obviously negotiated a hold period of 24 hours. During which your bank can invalidate the transaction and have the funds returned.
What happens when the funds are returned? The funds are placed back in the holding account with your bank, and NOT immediately returned to your account. Again, this is to allow the receiving bank time to correct the issue, and reclaim them (almost never happens). After that hold period the funds are returned to your account, and the transaction (as far as the bank is concerned) is completed.
