Subscription model

Hey guys,

Back again to ask for a possibility to play the full version of WoW for a shorter amount of time instead of paying for a full month. (posted about this in dec 2023)

My situation nowadays is that I have a young kid so I game on a planned day, once a month. I wake up and I try to feel what it is that I feel like doing, and then play that game. The barrier to pay for a whole month of WoW still holds me back for using that day to play WoW (plus the new exp atm). With the game getting more accessable for casual players the subscription model doesnt really feel like it supports that vision

Would love to just pay 5eu or something just for that day, just level & pvp.

Sorry, no chance.

The 30-day subscription is the only way.

So you’d prefer to pay 150 euros just for June? If you were to have repeated free days? I mean, we made the whole calculation in that thread already back then. The breakpoint for the 5 euro a day suggestion barrier would just be any 3 free days even.

What do you mean 150 eu? The next 18 years I will not be able to play more than a day a month (nor want to), so I would just love the idea of not having to subscribe for a month for a day’s (actually only the morning) playing

150/5=30 days of June. Assuming that, you would have more free days than one up to 30 free days with the break even point of 1 month’s sub (13) at 3 days (5x3=15).

Anyway as advised, you can instead play one of the many various F2P (MMO) games or other but I don’t think there will be any other MMO in the Western hemisphere who will introduce a day pass, a hour pass, or something similar like akin to the Asian market as I alluded to in the previous thread.

Infact, even if you were to sub for 1 month and play only 8 hours for that whole month it would’ve costed you: 1.62€ per hour. Or if you can stretch it, 12 hours in same day 1,08€ per hour. It’s pretty much as cheap as it can get in the direction of your 5€/day pass.
