I paid for one months worth of subscription on my account WoW4, which has shadowlands on it, the money was taken from my bank account, however my account is still inactive, and is still saying its a starter account… and i thus cannot access my mains. When i try to subscribe again, it says before i pay “you already have World of Warcraft subscription-one month on your account”
plz, fix this.
It should tell you at some stage when buying it that it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to clear.

To be honest I don’t know but if it won’t let you sub again, it should all clear soon.

So we can’t really discuss individual payment issues on the forums, but most commonly this would simply mean that the payment was declined by your payment provider.
If you didn’t just set it up, it’s typically a good first step to remove and re-add the payment method you wanted to use, and also give it a try using a different web browser.

i tried to reach someone to discuss this with on your team, ut there’s no method other than this to contact Blizzard, it seems. The card i used has worked in the past without issue. The money has left my account… This as im sure you’re aware, is rather annoying. how can i contact customer support directly?
