Hello, I am attempting to subscribe to WoW (retail) as my gametime is about to run out in three hours. However, the payment does not seem to be going through, as when I enter the “enter CVC and name” stage of billing, I get redirected back to choosing my payment method.
I have tried re-entering all my information and even received the One Time Password for charging me 1 Euro (the payment went through). However I still get stuck in the same loop after that.
I should mention that I am trying to subscribe through the EU portal on my browser, and not my launcher.
I will sadly not be able to reply here and play the game after my time runs out. If this is an issue locked to my country (I am an Indian), does this mean I simply cannot play unless I purchase 2 months of gametime?

That’s one I haven’t seen before. However I am aware that some card schemes don’t allow recurring payments on them. Could it be that your debit card does not allow it?
To explain it technically, recurring payments are done via “Tokenisation”… so once you enter your card details and the bank authorise it, it sets up a token for Blizzard to re-use when your next payment is due rather than using the card details again… the token represents your card, bank and blizzard in a hashed format. Some card schemes and banks do not suport tokenisation, Maestro for example in the UK didn’t and they have now been phased out here and replaced with Mastercard Debit cards.
It’s the only thing I can think of…

My payment plan right now is not a recurring subscription.
I have been using gametime for a couple months now. Before January however I did have a subscription that auto-renewed.
The screenshot says, at bottom, “To make purchases for this account, switch to the Europe store.” Is your launcher set to Europe or some other region?
You could also try clearing cookies etc. in your browser. Sometimes adblockers or privacy blockers can cause issues with payments so I would try disabling them. Or try in a different browser.
You can also post in the Support forums even without active subscription though if this requires intervention from Blizzard you need to make a ticket as billing issues can’t be handled through the forums.

Update, I attempted all your suggestions and payments are still not going through.
I do not have any adblockers, my launcher gets stuck on the “Please wait while we take care of some business” loading message, my caches are clear, and I made sure to try only through the EU store.
I’m not sure what to do now. Will make a ticket.
