Subscription Problem

Greetings, as i said in the title, i have a subscription problem, yesterday i decided to change the subscription from 3 months to 6 months, and the new subscription should have started this morining, but i dont understand why i cant play the game, even if they scaled my money from my postepay, anyone else with the same problem?

You might want to check with your bank as well to see what happened with the transaction and why it might have failed.

Hello :slight_smile: i checked my transactions, i’m using a prepaid card, yesterday i charged my card to buy 2 things from ingame shop plus the new subscription, but i dont understand why i dont see the subscription in the transaction, but when i check on internet my card, it said that my money is gone. I also tried to buy game time instead of subscription, but since i used my money to buy subscription, it said i dont have enought money and still can’t play the game :frowning: .
Now i have to go, i will be back later, if the subscription its not working again, i maybe will try to do with a credit card.

I have exact the same issue, nothing on transaction but I got email that it went through and my card was charged what now ??

I just came back home and i still have the same problem, no subscription active, even if i don’t have anymore money on my card, i would like to know what’s happening…

There are no GM’s on the forums.

Blues are NOT GM’s and do not have access to the payments or accounts system. If you want to talk to someone regarding an account or payment issue, the only route is to make a ticket.

Thanks for the info Trovlak but the ticket is made already long time ago but its a 24h wait half the time if you are lucky…

I am aware that there is a significant wait for a ticket response. However it is the only way. I am unsure if the LiveChat feature is available for this, if it is, you would have been offered it as an option when making out the ticket.

No only ticket service is up unfortunately so what can you do wait for them to solve it …

Hey folks, I’m sorry to see some of you still have these confusing payment issues.

The most likely explanation for this is a failed payment attempt that resulted in an authorisation hold on the payment method in question. There can be several reasons for payment failures like this, but it’s unlikely it can be resolved on our end and we would generally recommend you speak with your payment provider first.

I just got a reply its not been paid BUT anyways just when I hit for new subscription it withdrew the money from my account, thats to no help at all i HAVE to pay twice just to play for a month … WTF is this.

This has been explained by Zaxithorne’s post above as the “authorisation hold” as soon as your bank realises no charge is collected the reserved funds will be returned to you which may take a couple business days depending bank.

Ok, I finally got a reply from GM in my ticket after posting it well almost 14 hours ago, and he told me they cannot see any transaction, where the issue is I can’t see it either in my history, BUT the money has been withdrawn from my account,

and both confirmation email of new subscription is made AND the money has been withdrawn was screenshotted and shown in the ticket but I was still referred to my bank, after talking to my bank they clearly stated yesterday the 1 month to Blizzard Entertainment has gone through, and only advice for me was to wait, so if any other have the same issue, all advice I can give you is wait until tomorrow and see what happens. No it hasn’t, the bank reserve the money before they send it so it looks like it’s gone out of your account. Ring them again and ask about the “authorisation hold” on it specifically.

You need to reread Saneko’s post and understand it this time.

I understand what you are saying but it will take several days for the return and what if this occurs again if I go and try refilling my account…
