Subscription problem

I paid for 1month subscription, it said it was successful and the money was taken from my bank account, and I got an email from blizzard confirming the purchase, I tried to log in but was unable to, I went and checked my transaction history and my purchase Isn’t listed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I tried to pay again and it worked this time, I’m still gonna need the money back from my first payment.

They can’t discuss payment related issues on a public forum, and I will never understand why some players think they can, and that privacy and security don’t matter.

In any case, you need to make a ticket, not ask on the forums, but keep in mind, it can take up to 24 hours for payments to fully process. Also note, I said CAN, not will.

If you want a refund, you will definitely need to ask in ticket. But to me, it sounds as if the first payment failed anyway, and the money will automatically be returned to your bank account in 7 to 28 business days (varies by bank).

I made a ticket aswell, the reason i asked on the forums is to see if anyone had the same experience as I did, or if anyone had any insight in to what the problem could be, that’s all.

This article is probably the most common reason when it appears you have been charged for a failed order.

Even i made a payment and im still inactive 4 hours after… What is going on please help me

It can take up to 24 hours for payments to be processed as various checks are being done in the background. You can check your Transaction history here: https://account.blizzard.com/transactions
