I’ve been trying to purchase a WoW subscription for the past 3 days now and after an unsuccessful couple of tries I decided to send a ticket and post here on the forums for any help I could get.
So every single time I attempt to purchase the subscription, it tells me the transaction is complete and successful but it actually isn’t.
After many, many attempts at purchasing the Subscription and adding blizzard balance, one purchase was finally successfully completed, but of course it was the one that adds 12 Euro to my Blizzard balance with which I can’t buy any game time at all because the lowest package is 13 Euro.
In the first support ticket I made, in the response I was also told I actually had insufficient funds to purchase the Subscription and even though I didn’t think that was correct I added enough funds and tried again only for the same problem to happen again.
Now I can’t add any blizzard balance to my account because of an error that tells me to wait and try again later. I tried again every 20 minutes or so but with no success.
I also cancelled my subscription in the Subscription Management tab but that seems to just have taken off a non existent Subscription and the funds on my credit card are gone.
It is also frustrating how I have to add at least 10 Euro even though I only need 1 more euro.
