Subscription reactivate failed

Good evening. I reactivated my account yesterday and i couldnt login today to game telling me i need active game time. i saw the transaction on my bank but i cant see in my transaction at account settings. Am i doing something wrong or what? i payed last months and everything worked like a charm until now reactivating it . can you help me?

That means the bank withheld the money to stop you spending it a second time, but Blizzard never received the money, so your transaction failed.

Your bank will return the money to your account in 7 to 28 business days. Its usually quite fast, but it CAN take up to 28 business days.

I hate to be blunt, but Blizzard won’t, and cannot discuss financial or account issues on a PUBLICALLY readable forum, due to EU privacy laws, and the fact that they would need to walk you through account security before they can access your account.

so the solution is to by game time for 2 months directly or get someone to gift it to me ?

That is one possible solution, well, two actually.
