Subscription renewal despite cancellation

I would like to ask if your company intends to uphold the declarations posted on your own website?

On this page, you write that you refund subscriptions that have not been used within 14 days of the purchase date.

Is this true or false?

I’m certain I canceled the automatic subscription renewal due to lack of time to play. However, two days ago, I checked my bank account and noticed that several hundred zlotys had been deducted.

I always double-check everything, so how is it possible?
I have submitted an inquiry to your customer support regarding this matter, but I haven’t received any response for two days.

Billing issues can’t be handled through forums in any case so you have to wait for the response. You should also be able to use the automatic service for refund I believe, though I have never used it.

Also, are you sure you removed the subscription rather than “pausing” it for X amount of time? At least for me Blizzard “suggested” that instead of cancelling I could pause the subscription for up to 6 months. Can’t really see point of that feature, other than to trick users to “pause” subscription thinking they cancelled or hope that the users forget to actually cancel it x months later on.

Sounds to me like your didn’t cancel it fully, log into your account and make sure.
