This is the first time I’ve paid that game and I am very excited about the start. But unfortunately I just learned that I should wait around 72 hours. Is there any way to fasten that purchase?

Actually nowadays it takes up to 24 hours. You should be immediately able to start levelling beyond 20 and enjoy the early game content though while your purchase is being processed.

It can indeed take up to 24 hours before purchases are completed, but it most often goes through a whole lot faster though. I’d suggest you restart the game and see if you have full access.
