So i just bought the 12 month offer , a subscription including mounts/pets etc. but didnt ge any of them. Is it a bug or what ?
If it has been very recent it can take a short while for delivery. You’ll see a small gift icon in the mount journal I believe to claim these.
Take note that the rewards cannot be claimed at every game version.
