renewed my subscription, the email said it was successful but my characters are still inactive.

It will also have told you that it takes up to 24 hours to fully process. But people never bother to fully read the thing.

wife is having the same issue, money was requested and taken from her bank but they haven’t completed the payment. (Bank confirmed this)
Again, it takes up to 24 hours for payments to complete processing.
Trovlak we know, but the other 1,000 times people do this it’s always instant, so I am guessing something is up the payment system as they are also having issues with the gear store.

it seems the payment has gone through now and the gametime is active. As Trovlak mentioned, it can take up to 24 hours to complete, although it is a fair bit quicker most of the time.
