Subtlety PvP non-dagger as main hand?

Quite new to rogue in general and I just thought Sub is supposed to have 2 daggers and I’ve been using them.
But I’ve been seeing some PvP videos from shadowlands where Sub rogues have non dagger main hand ?
Should I switch dagger with a slower 1h ?

Unless I’ve understood wrong. They seem to have thunderfury skin on mainhand and I believe you cant mog a dagger to sword thats why I started to wonder they have a slow 1h.

its dagger Main, other offhand.
they do it for the looks.
double dagger is slightly higher dps

I would use double dagger because of how the spec works with combo points.
