Subtlety rogue has now a great single target damage and okay aoe burst with Secret Technique, Flagellation combo. But the consistent aoe dmg is a garbage, becauese Black Powder’s damage is a joke. My Eviscerate doing more dmg than my Black Powder in Mythic+.
