why in azeroth subzero(frost talent) doesn’t work with flurry’s winters chill? Subzero literally says that if the target is frozen spells dead more dmg but this talent apparently doesn’t count winters chills target as frozen (winters chill make your target act as frozen)
Your Frost spells deal 20% more damage to targets that are rooted and frozen
Yea I thought it said or not and, sad cause that makes it a truly useless talent if it doesn’t work with wc…
Though it provides little use in M+ and raiding, it’s probably pretty good in PvP and soloing.
I think the idea is that it’s meant to be used with all the various % buffs you can add to Frostbolt.
- Ice Form - 30% increase (Frostbolt only)
- Lonely Winter - 25% increase (FB, IL and Flurry)
- Bone Chilling - 5% increase (all damage)
- Subzero - 20% increase against rooted & frozen targets (all damage)
- Wintertide - 15% increase (Frostbolt only)
- Deep Shatter - 40% increase against frozen targets (Frostbolt only)
- Slick Ice - up to 20% increase (frostbolt ony)]
So instead of throwing an Ice lance at a rooted target, you instead throw a Frostbolt followed by an Ice Lance and all these buffs will make Frostbolt hit much harder than usual.
