Sometimes, when seeing an enemy in open world PvP, their health is not scaled.
So you may think, it’s fine i just got 70 but he aint far ahead, only to pretty much one shot by auto attacks. You’ve been doing pvp scaling for years, would you pls fix this already!
That is intended. Scaling beings only when someone is really in PvP combat.
If in WPvP the scaling is activated the whole time, then PvE People feel forced to farm WPvP gear for world content.
Would be nice, if one could get the information you were looking for, before engaging in Combat. But it’s also not a big deal, learn from that error (judging how strong a potential enemy player may be based on their HP).
