Suddenly seeing "smurfs"? appearing in arenas

Not sure if this is just me, I highly doubt it.

I work nights so tend to heal SS arenas early hours of the morning / late night and lately I’ve seen a constant inflow of people, usually Russian named, who are honour levels 5-10 and 1900-2000 rated that are absolutely 6-0ing me with ease. Like literally rank 1 level plays.

Generally find myself to be a good healer, most games are either draws or maybe 1 either side but these accounts are all the same trend, russian, low honor level (new account) and just completely decimating everyone.

I’m aware that smurfs exist in most games, but I’ve never really seen them in arena this bad.. lately it seems to be every single night.

Has anyone else come across this?

Strange things happen at nights in shuffles/blitz soloqs. I’m in no illusion that these would be just rng. I play alot random times and nights are always the worst in soloq. I kinda got bored with healing shuffles because those, you can push all day and have good progress and then tank through night with few of these that are seemingly there just to torpedo you and doing odd stuff only in your team. All blizz had to do was put deserter in ques if ppl dont take games. Shuffle and blitz also seem to become deflated little now after they released remix so you likely also experiencing that.
