I mean Beast Masters can even Tame Beasts that no one else can but for some beasts they suddenly need skillbooks? From my opinion the ability to tame everything without the need for skillbooks would be a real upgrade for the Exotic Beasts passive.
Because right now it is a bit disturbing that as a supposed master of all creatures you need to learn from a book before you can tame this but then every hunter can tame it.
Should as a Beast Master I not already have this trivial knowledge then?
