My first suggestion: in game referendum.
There are many preferences amongst the player base. I saw a video this morning where somebody said that there are so few healers because you can’t dps enough as healer. For me it is just the other way around. If I have to dps as healer I don’t play healer, I rather play dps.
I would like it if Blizzard did referendums or questionnaires in game. There is a building in the main town or towns where you can look through the current referendums or questionnaires. These will be placed during the rest and last a week.
So the first referendum could be:
Do you want to heal, dps or do both as healer?
This should be available in game. Make it feel alive and make it available to everybody who plays the game in a convenient way.

My second suggestion: gear progression.
- There is just one upgrade track with one currency.
- The upgrade currency has a season cap which is increased each week. Just like with crests now.
- The upgrade track has 12 upgrade.
- First 3 bosses of the LFR, normal dungeon, Delve 1 drop 1/12
- Boss 4-6 LFR, heroic dungeon, Delve 2 drop 2/12
- Boss 7-8 LFR, mythic dungeon, Delve 3 drop 3/12
- First 3 bosses Normal Raid, M+2, Delve 4 drop 4/12 And so on. Difficulty should be tuned appropriately.
- The required currency to upgrade one step increases per level. So 1/12 to 2/12 costs 1 currency. 2/12 to 3/12 costs 2 currency and so on. Numbers are just placeholders and could be different.
- The highest difficulty rewards the most currency. Something that drops 1/12 gear will also only drop 1 currency. Something that drops 12/12 gear will also drop 12 currency.
- The great vault is removed. Instead we get a token like the current BRD or the mentioned currency can be used to purchase gear as a bad luck protection. For example if the mythic raid bosses drop 10 (first 3), 11 (boss 4-6) and 12 currency (boss 7-8), an 12/12 item would cost 3x10+3x11+2x12= 87 of that currency.
- The number of loot chances is fixed for raid. This should also be the case for M+ and Delves. And should be shared. So if you did LFR you can’t get gear from normal dungeons. You could get gear from M+2 as this is the equivalent to the normal raid. In principle the raid gives you 32 loot changes per week (8 per difficulty). So everybody has 32 loot changes per week.
- Just to clarify for M+ this would mean the following. The first two M+10 each week have a change on 12/12 gear. After that you can do 3 dungeons on either M+10 or M+9 both would give you a change on 11/12 gear. After that you can do 3 dungeons on either M+10, M+9 or M+8 and would give you a change on 10/12 gear. The change should be equal to change on a mythic raid boss.

My third suggestion: garrison 2.0.
- Player housing 2.0.
- A pet stables. Hunter pets are warbound en you can choose x number of pets to be shown in the pet stables.
- Mount stables. You can choose x number of pets to be shown in the mount stables.
- Toy room. A room where x number of toys are shown.
- Armor room. A room where x number of armor sets and weapons are shown.
- X number of warbound characters which you can choose are walking around in the garrison.
- X number of battle pets can be selected to walk around in your garrison.
- Ranking board. You can select which achievements are shown on this board. For example your best times per M+ dungeon current season. Or maybe per role.
- (limited) customization of the building(s).
- Portal room.
- Herb garden. You can choose what you grow.
- Mine.

Bring back challenge mode sets for rating reward in m plus , make a token like system for the mounts(complete a number of keys above 5 fx for a token)
Revisited the replica system and allow old players to maintain their “prestige”
Evryone wins
We have this whit the rbg sets.
Bring back the mage tower apperences cause why not.
Also old longboi back in the vendor would be nice.

4th suggestion: take a good look at the FFXIV raiding system. For me that system is way better than the current WoW system.
I don’t have the energy to complete a whole heroic or mythic raid. I need my breaks. Furthermore I can only raid when I have the energy. So a fixed schedule doesn’t work for me.
In FFXIV I could just choose a boss, find a group, do the boss and I’m done. If I have the energy I can do another one.
Also FFXIV supports the possibility to find different kind of groups. I’m not sure, but I think you can only apply for groups with the label complete if you have completed the boss before.
I would love it if the last boss of the raid tier would be a separate boss on another level. So the last boss of each tier is only available on heroic, mythic and mythic+ or something. Make the final boss epic and unique.

5th suggestion"In game hall of fame.
Create a hall of fame per region. Either per expansion or one that has all expansions. In the hall of fame you can see the top x of all kind of things. For example the first 100 people who got all achievements of an expansion; the first 100 guilds that completed a raid tier on mythic; the top 100 protection warrior M+ at the end of a season; the top 100 fury warrior M+ at the end of season; and so on. People who are in one of those rankings can make a screenshot in game, upload/select it and that picture will be shown when somebody clicks on them in the ranking.

6th suggestion: guilds based on battletag.
Currently my characters are spread amongst 4 guilds. One alt guild and 3 main guilds. The guild only allows a few characters per main guild. So I miss out one M+ requests quite often. Why not have a guild based on battletag.

7th suggestion: mythic+ solo queue.
This will not be a replacement of the current M+. It’s an extension. I’ve seen so many messages on social media, in my guild and so on about people unable to get into a party or finding enough people (especially tank/healer) for their own party. On top of my own experiences. I’m thinking about the following rules:
- if you leave a run, you’ll get a dungeon ban for 30 minutes on your account. If you leave again in a certain timeframe (for example a week), you’ll get a 60 minutes ban and so on.
- After the timer finishes you can vote if you want to finish or quit.
- After 45 or 60 minutes the run will be ended by the system.
- If there is a big shortage for a certain role, that role will be promoted. Either by double the currency, a guaranteed item or something else.
- You can set a specific dungeon and level to queue for leading to higher queue times or you can set a range of levels and/or dungeons.
- You can only queue for dungeons you completed in time + one extra level for that dungeon. So if you completed dungeon A and B on level 2 and the rest on level 1. You can queue level 2 for all dungeons and level 3 only for dungeon A and B.
- Certain KPI’s are tracked in the background and people can get bonus rewards if they perform well. For example if you are dps and you did most dps, most interrupts (relative to your interrupt CD), least deaths and took least damage you will receive something extra.
- Also people can vote similar to FFXIV. If somebody is very helpful during the run, for example by explaining, marking, being friendly and so on, you can vote for him/her at the end of the run. The person with the most votes gets something extra.
- You can only queue solo or maybe with two persons to make sure this system won’t be abused by groups.
- The system first looks for 2 rdps and 1 mdps or 2mdps and 1rdps before it looks at 3 rdps or 3 mdps. The same for class variation. Preferable 5 different classes. And the system will make sure there aren’t parties with 2 augmentation evokers.
