SUGGESTION - Khadgar Avatar on Battle.net

Hello fellow players and (hopefully) Blizzard employees,

I just realized that our beloved character, Khadgar, is not currently available as an avatar option in the Battle.net app.

Frankly, I find this quite surprising, as he’s been a very prominent figure in the Warcraft universe for years.

I don’t want to disrespect other characters -everyone has their favorites- but seeing far less iconic figures like Talanji, Blackhand, Chen, and Liadrin included, while Khadgar is missing, feels like a bit of a slap in the face.

Please give Khadgar the recognition he deserves and let us use him as a profile avatar!

i want to be able to put whatever picture that i like on my battle net id instead of ingame characters to be honest

The times of MSN, Yahoo, ICQ messengers are over. You barely, if at all, see any explicit avatars on EA, Steam, Discord, etc.

Blizzard just wants to keep their launcher Blizzard themed. Even those non Blizzard games are not really straight in your face or prominent at all, besides when launching the launcher.

Edit: Ahem, okay, regarding “wanting to keep the launcher Blizzard themed”…let’s just ignore the fact I missed that you can use non-blizzard game avatars : :sweat_smile: :dotted_line_face:

Blizzard dont “call the shots” anymore.
Expect some new ActiVision-Microsoft games characters avatars.

Some folks live to test the line, and I doubt Blizz wants to babysit avatars all day

is this the first time that you see a video game or platform allowing their players to put their own pictures on their id?

for example in dota 2 i used to use a lot of pictures on my steam account and when the pictures were not ok steam was removing it and giving me warning. whats the problem with that?

OFC that blizzad doesnt want to see people using those kind of pictures ,. BUT NOTHING IS PERFECT RIGHT?
