Considering it’s possible to stream the game with 5% downloaded and that the game has quite big download size (110gb?) it would be nice with the following:
What difference would that make? 
If you can start playing with 5% installed and then the rest is downloaded while you play… nothing changes with your suggestion or what am i missing here?
You can, I think you just underestimate how much of the game is required to even launch it. The moment the download bar turns from red to yellow the game is somewhat playable and will continue streaming. When the bar is green it is fully playable and only missing non essentials like sounds, cutscenes or high quality textures.
The content is just stored temporarily is what I was thinking.

Yeah it remains saved as it is now. The idea was that it’s just stored temporarily (e.g. streamed → stored in temp → deleted when no longer relevant), so the actual install would never reach the max gb.
