Because titan humans is kind of lame. At least I think dragons are more awesome than humans. Have the highest beings of the existence be titan dragons! And make them look fit, no hanging/big belly like the cartoon dragons with huge round belly. That’s NOT cool. Not cool.
Continuing from that… they would basically look like cosmic dragons. Transparent fades, cosmic dust cloud breath, stars, and all that awesomeness. Just gorgeus beings. And their poop could be cosmic dust too. Or maybe they don’t really eat…
