It’s a simple idea.
Currently from reset to reset one can visit 28 bountiful delves at may, limited to 4 per day.
My suggestion is the daily limit to be removed, so people with full time jobs can have a better chance to do the weekly bunch.

I couldn’t bring myself to do 4 delves a week now, let alone a day. But props to you if you can do that.
The issue would be that they cycle bountiful delves every day and given there are only 12 Delves in game right now, even allowing all of them to be bountiful each day wouldn’t be enough. They would need to remove the idea of a Delve being bountiful and then that leads to an issue where people would likely just farm the easiest/fastest Delve over and over again.
So, unless someone has a good suggestion for how this would work, I don’t see it happening.
If you’re doing them for vault they don’t have to be bountiful. If you’re doing them for keys, you only get 7-8 (4-5 for alts) a week any way

Yeah, there’s not much value doing more than 4 a week. And once you have a full set of t8 gear there’s no need to run bountiful delves beyond levelling Brann. For players late to TWW it would help I guess.
Make all delves bountiful on a daily reset?
That is the non-workable solution to the OPs problem that I can see. I’m not saying it is needed.
Not perfect but closest I’d say you can get.
People can choose their own delves.
If they can only play 2 days a week that’s a lot of delves they can do
Why would you want to run more than 8 delves on a given toon (note this is a genuine question not a criticism).
I had 2 reasons.
The first one, namely to get the 8 run for vault was dismissed. ( I thought only bountyful counts)
The second is the rep for Brann, since it’s locked for bountyful delves.

Leveling brann is the only thing I can think off. Not everyone got that early lvl 60 brann thing.
It’s not for me but it looks like the quickest way to get keys and gears in delves 
Just fly to fungal folly, do tier 8 x 4 times, takes around 30 mins.
Delves are limited per day for the same reason delves tier10+ advise ilvl 623, but drop 606:
to make you do mythic and raiding
also, with no limit group delvers would immediately finish the delve season in a week, since unlike solo delving group delving is even more easy than raiding. That would diminish engagement
blizzard wants to keep you hooked up playing the whole season, and their way to do it is a hard cap on how many “meaningful” delves you can do a day.
I think the proper fix to the issue is just make adequate rewards.
Delve tier 11 should drop same gear as max raid gear, and bran should get at least one level for every completed delve of that tier.
There, problem solved and blizzard can keep the cap.
Aye, just blast out 4 world events /weeklies ( Theater, AtM, Light thingie in hallowfall and teh Azj-meta weekly) and do 4 bountifuls a week (unless you want to do teh Worldsoul event for more keys), and just spam non bountiful FF or NFS 4 times to fill the vault… takes about 2 hours depending on how fast you can finish the delves, no need to kill every mob in every delve unless you´re farming cloth, which you would be more effective doing in DFC-Follower.
And if you don´t need the champion gear from bountifuls anymore, then screw the keys completely and just spam your favorite /the fastest delve 8 times and be done in under an hour… And if you don´t need the hero gear from teh vault but only the crests, spam 8 L2s and be done in 15-20 minutes for the week. 
You want to farm Darkflame Cleft for cloth?
Think I’m gonna stick to the delves, or try out Priory.
And you need Radiant Echoes for the worldsoul thing, not sure how farmable they are.
“Want” is a strong word for anything that includes the word “farm” 
But spamming the first room is still by far the most effective cloth /time farm in teh game and has been since release, take incription as your second profession, specialize in DM cards, and even with today’s prices you´re still looking at roughly 20k /hr., 15k if you do the first 2 rooms to avoid getting locked out of follower dungeonss for 24h after ca 30 mins 
If you´re already running delves regularly, you should be swimming in them, because they drop from bountiful chests as well as zek vir spawns with a 100% rate, this toon hasn´t done weeklies or delves in literally months because they don´t provide any tangible rewards anymore, and I have 50 in my bags. Which in a good 40 man group doing the WS event “should” get me enough fragments to create between 50 and 100 keys. bountiful Delves+Worldsoul are basically a self contained infinite loop
