I’m sick of every BG having 2 rogue bots and 3 DK bots in all BGs I play.
So I suggest that you have to solve a capctha (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart). Do it Blizzard, BGs are completely unplayable at the moment, it like somebody is purposely flooding Horde queues with bots to gain an advantage.
There are captcha solving bots, I even know browser addons for these but it was a nice suggestion.

It’s not just a tick box you know.
The first thing I would suggest Blizzard do is a close inspection of accounts that are online for longer than 12 hours.

Indeed, I think splitting the challenge between different devices might have more success. For example, displaying a code in the mobile authenticator (the code is displayed as an image, not text) and having the player re-type it into the game.
You would not say this if you’d ever encountered Blizzards WoW captcha.
It’s horrid. It’s like gen 1 captcha.
And as mentioned, bots these days have an easier times with captchas than humans do, they’ll just incorporate those.
You cannot solve the bot issue with more botting.
And I always thought it was kinda funny I as human had to verify to a bot that I’m infact, a human.
Also those weird image captchas where you had to click every box of for example, a bicycle. Do you also click that little bit of the wheel below it or does it count as a “fault”? Tsk tsk.
It once took me 4 goes to get a traffic light one as it showed US traffic lights which were on a pole and I included the pole.
Actually, those kinds of image captchas main goal is not to validate whether you are a human or not. That is only a side effect, and their main goal is to teach Artificial Lack Of Intelligence what a bicycle is. Some of the squares in the image are already confirmed to be correct, but there are also other squares, that either the AI does not recognize as being correct, or recognizes as being correct, when they are not. So the image is shown to a person, you select the already confirmed correct squares and those others that should be correct but are not recognized by AI, and not those that AI thinks are correct but are actually not. That reply is provided to the AI as learning material.
