Sunfury Arcane is bugged?!

Hello Blizzard,

I don’t know how you managed to do it, but you have bugged Sunfury arcane. At 5 stack spellfire spheres if you cast Arcane blast its like it is skipping burden of power and goes straight to Glorious Incandescence. If you Arcane barrage at 5 stack spellfire spheres you get burden of power, which seems unintended?

I hope this is not intended because otherwise you have killed Arcane for me.

Edit: After more testing it seems like when Arcane Barrage at 5 stack spellfire spheres its not always you get burden of power, sometimes it just completely skip GI too. I dont know how you managed it, but the spec feels super broken now

same thing i was gonna ask. it should be bugged or else its like a 15% nerf and also the fluidity of the gameplay is ruined
