Bug reports bombed since last summer, whats the deal here?

It looks like developers recently tested this achievement after receiving similar reports, however no bug has been found so far. If you believe that the achievement doesn’t work, please make sure that everything is done correctly. 
If the issue persists nonetheless, please do report a bug in-game, and provide as much information as possible that could help our developers reproduce this issue.

At least the reports are working i guess.
But “reproduce the issue” is not that hard… get assassin buff try to loot warchest, number doesnt go up. Simple
In US bugforum there is a post since Prepatch ( thats where it got buggy) Wowhead are in Comment section posts about it. I wrote multiple Tickets for it only to get told “we dont have any reports about this” or “there is no bug”
Im pretty sure we arent too stupid to do this, Get assa buff loot Chest.
IF your devs did test it, they shouldve seen that.
Idk what the problem is, maybe the ID to check the count is wrong? cant really say what the issue is but its not really hard to reproduce.
If im not mistaken they dont count for the other achievement either, the loot 5 chests for a Meta. Fighting on Two Fronts.

So its going to be the silent treatment again 
They don’t get into arguments with players.
“Its bugged”
“Not according to our testing”
“Yes it is”
“No its not”
“Yes it is…”
The blues will only comment when they have something to add to the conversation, not to argue with the players.

I have no idea what type of testing you did for this on your side but it’s not working, I just spent an hour of my saturday camping for a crate after getting my assassin buff. Nothing.
Maybe it has something to do with your change to all supply crates in TWW being the new version? Never seen that before in expansions where old expansion content awards current expansion materials, i.e. the bloody tokens you get.
And no I didn’t log out to cheat the system to lose the assassin mark I stayed online the entire time waiting for a supply crate.
Even the "fighting on two fronts " achievment doesnt work…where you have to loot 5 chests .
So…i would say…there was no testing at all…which makes me sad that all the tickets and bug reports are just a waste of time for us
