Support does not reply to appeal

Hello Blizzard,
My account (another account, from which I have played the game for 16 years) wrongly banned for 8 days. I’ve been farming honor in the Alterac Valley. I was always active, but there were couple of times when I had to “do nothing” just for few minutes because I was distracted by my wife and children. Obviously got ton of reports. Now what happens, if I am a responsible father - I cannot play the battleground in the game? Also you can even see honorable kills per battlegrounds or just amount of honorable kills per day I make. Pretty sure you cannot make that amount of honorable kills staying in the cave of the Alterac Valley. I kindly ask you to respond to my appeal (I’ve sent it from that account) and unban my account.

Best regards,
Your loyal customer,
Battle tag: Jonah#2666.

Blizzard staff cannot and will not discuss account actions on the forums. If you have a ticket open already you will need to wait for a response I am afraid. If you have not yet opened a ticket, then you should do so, details will be in the email you were sent when the account was actioned.

Thanks, but I’ve already opened a ticket and Blizzard Game Masters do not reply there to me unfortunately. That is why I decided to write about the issue in the forum.

Non-participation in a BG is a bannable offense, no matter the reason. For Blizzard it’s a binary decision.

If you have an open ticket, posting here will not bump you up the queue.
