So i made around 10 days ago ticket to blizzard about strange bot behaviour. I send screenshot of that, explained everything and asked simple question. Well blizzard respond after all of those days was looking like copy paste bot and he didnt even asnwered my question. Can i get live support or someone with brain or we are in the stage of the game that we cannot even hope for the human (support) contact.
Bots are reported through the ingame right click cheating context menu. If you’ve any additional details you want to share you can do so through the Hacks@blizzard.com email instead.
(Bot) reports are not taken through the ticket system and no livechat is available for this.
