I made a ticket 4 days ago reguarding an issue. I got a generic response that didn’t address my issue what so ever… So I replied to the ticket after the reply I got the first time. I’ve been waiting well over 2 days now for a second reply to my ticket. The estimated response time was 1 day and few hours. I don’t want to seem impatient, but I’m waiting well over 48 hours now.
I don’t know if my ticket is lost somewhere and I won’t don’t want to create a new ticket since that will just delay things even more 
Anyone else waiting forever to get a response from support tickets??
The average answer time is 1-2 days if they can assist you. So you should be on top of the queue after your latest reply to Blizzard.
As long as your ticket is not marked as “resolved/closed” you remain in queue. The other statusses can be “Open/Assigned to Agent/On Hold” etc. If you see something special there please post again for some more explanation.

Ticket is marked as open so I guess it’s just wait and see. I received on reply, but I responded and did not close the ticket, but ty for the reply.
Remember, not only is it the weekend but it’s the Easter weekend too.

Looking into this, I can confirm that your first ticket did get a response from a game master (and not a generic or automated one). If your friend wants to appeal an account suspension, they would need to contact us themselves.
As for your second ticket, you also have received a reply during the weekend (before you created this post). I see that you also created several new tickets in different regions (EU and US), which you have apparently abandoned.
If you didn’t see the response to your second ticket, please do double-check your ticket history.
