My husband does not remember his password, and does not have access to his old phone number associated with the account.
We were able to create a support ticket yesterday, and got a reply to his email, but they ask you to click the link…and login, which he can’t do!
We also can’t seem to create another ticket, because anytime we do, on any browser or device we use, the submit ticket button gets stuck on a circle and never actually sends.
Is there any way to get in contact with Blizzard lately?
There are some recent support site problems, where tickets are actually sent but not reflected as so.
They’re already on the case according to the US side.
No extra info atm.

Lol it’s not a problem, I sincerely hope they fix the support site since I see more threads appearing with people wanting to submit tickets so hmpf.
The worse issue is that self-help systems are also busted so they can’t even help themselves in the meantime.
