Support Window in Game appears completely black

After reaching out to support through ticket and trying various solutions from repairing my game files to resetting my UI, updating my drivers and more I was told to post in the forums.

Seeing Classic forums in Europe don’t have a dedicated Bug Report section I hope this is in the right place.

The issue is quite straight forward, when opening the Support window in-game, the window opens, the loading animation plays properly but nothing appears afterwards except for a completely black window.

There is no way for me to access bug report, ticketing or anything that the Support window does from within the game itself.
The weirdest part about it is that I was experiencing the exact same issue on a different machine with a completely fresh install.

The issue is persistent whether I have add-ons installed or not, whether I’m on Windows 10 or 11, whether I’m using DirectX11 or 12 and essentially regardless of what hardware I am using.

It can be part of a wider spread problem if it’s not an unique case, I will try to bump this up to see if it’s impacting a lot people.

It seems to be wider spread, I’ve had guildies encounter the same issue as well as people on my realm I met during dungeon runs who spoke about the same thing.

Its hard to tell if every single individual has gone to the same length when troubleshooting the issue but at least from my testing with support, its not: corrupted files, interface settings, drivers, firewall permissions or faulty installation.
