Never play PvP it only leads to trouble
Only pvp since vanil, too late for this advice on my case but Ill take it to heart, its good and sensible advice. Thank you for the input 
you claim that bans are automaticly and since videos isnt proof then where is the proof that bans are automaticly?
blizzard have stated many times by now that bans isnt automaticly but apperently that dosent count at all since they cant be trusted.
i never played OW so i dont know how it works in that game.
Bans, temporary or permanent, are not automated, Blizzard made a post detailing how the punishment system works sometime ago, Iâve linked to it before.
However if you are reported enough times, a 24 hour suspension of chat is automatic until a GM has chance to decide to action the account or not.

you canât use taht video as an argument because that dude left the test unfinished. He was satisfied enough with getting silenced and didnât ask his audience to report him again, to see if it goes further, if he had youâd have seen the real results.
What Blizzard says it not trustworthy, you will never have proof until some other streamer makes a serious test and lets his audience mass report him multiple times. I shared with you my own experience, thatâs all I can do for you in this matter.
and yet you havent given any proof at all and tbh blizzard is more trustworthy than a random dude like you claiming it is automatic even though multiple post from blizzard stated otherwise.

your proof is not valid, because the streamer ended the test prematurely, why do you not understand this? He let the system punish him just once, which proves only the existence of such an automated system and nothing else.
I play this game because there is not yet another game in such style of gameplay. And if you consider Blizzard a trustworthy company after all they have done to their fans, that makes me really sad.

I have never been condemned by a court in my life - that doesnât mean that wrongful condemnations by the justice system canât exist. And it would be strange that Blizzardâs internal banning system could be guaranteed to be more reliable than the criminal justice system. I have no way of knowing whether the OP deserved a ban/silence or not, but saying that he is 100% guilty without evidence is quite dangerous.
