Recent activity shows that a user on this account acquired gold through illicit means, such as gold buying, botting, or participating in other real-money transactions. As a result of this activity we have suspended this account until 2021/05/15.

Along with this suspension, we have removed all of the purchased gold as well as any items and mounts purchased up to the total amount of gold.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

We don’t take this decision lightly. Our team issued this suspension only after a careful review of relevant evidence. Our support staff will not overturn this penalty and may not respond to appeals.

Given the nature of the action and the activity that caused it, any removal would be specific to your account and characters and cannot be directly compared to another similar penalty.

You’d need to wait for the suspension to expire before you can log in again and see the effects.
